Julian Burnside is a human rights advocate, and QC. Only problem is, he seems to have a problem with basic... er... human rights.
In my last post I mentioned Burnside in regard to the habit of the Left to call for the churches to be taxed everytime a sexual abuse claim rears it's sick head.
But Burnside has a history of advocating an end to basic freedoms.
He has stated that he belives there should be more government regulation in the media - in the wake of the phone hacking scandal in Britain.
Ending freedom of the press. Ending freedom of religion, and religious freedom from government tyranny (which is what taxes on the church are - Tyranny.)
I do wish you smiling do gooders on the Left would recognise closet tyrants when you see them.
